Supporting the neurodivergent community
Our aim is to provide holistic support across the community, including neurodivergent individuals and their families, friends and loved-ones

Supporting the neurodivergent community can help with
Neurodivergence can affect far more than attention. It can shape how you start tasks, manage time, handle feelings, rest, relate to others and speak to yourself.
Therapy gives you space to understand these patterns without shame. We look at what is difficult, what already helps, and what might make life feel a little more workable.
How we work with you
We do not use one fixed method for everyone. We slow things down and listen to what is happening in your real life. Together, we might explore overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, masking, burnout, school or work pressure, family life, relationships, or the feeling of always being behind.
Who it can be for
Children who need a calm space to understand feelings and behaviour.
Teenagers who feel different, overloaded or misunderstood.
Adults who are making sense of their neurodivergence, whether newly recognised or long known.
Parents and carers who want support around what life is like at home.
What to expect
Sessions are calm and conversational. You do not need to perform, explain everything neatly, or know where to begin. We help you find the thread at your pace.
The work is not about becoming a different person. It is about understanding yourself more clearly and finding supports that respect who you are.
