Service Limitations & Crisis Support
We are committed to providing safe and appropriate support. However, there are some situations where specialist services may be better placed to meet your needs.

A place to make sense of yourself
Many adults come to therapy after years of coping, masking or pushing through. You may have a diagnosis, be waiting for one, or simply recognise that life has felt harder than people seem to realise.
Therapy can help you slow down and look at what has been happening with more care and less blame.
What we might work on
We might explore burnout, emotional overwhelm, attention, shame, relationships, parenting, work pressure, people-pleasing, sensory needs, rest, boundaries or identity.
You do not need to arrive with a clear goal. Sometimes the first step is simply having a place where you can say things out loud.
Who it can be for
Adults with ADHD or other neurodivergent experiences.
People newly recognising themselves as neurodivergent.
Parents and carers trying to care for others while staying connected to themselves.
Anyone who wants a steadier, kinder way to understand their inner world.
What to expect
We work at your pace. Sessions are thoughtful, warm and practical where that is useful, but never forced.
This is not about fixing you. It is about understanding what you have been carrying, what you need, and what might help life feel more possible.
