How we can help
We specialise in the provision of support for neurodiversity. It is what drives us and it is why we are here.

A space where you can be met as you are
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy does not treat difference as a flaw. It recognises that many people have spent years being told they are too much, not enough, difficult, lazy, sensitive or confusing.
Here, we begin from another place: your experience makes sense, even if it has not always been understood.
What we might explore
We might talk about masking, sensory overwhelm, social pressure, shutdowns, meltdowns, identity, school, work, family expectations, anxiety, low mood, or the tiredness that comes from trying to fit into places that were not built with you in mind.
We will not rush to labels or answers. We will make space for what is true for you.
Who it can be for
Children who need adults to understand what sits beneath behaviour.
Teenagers trying to make sense of themselves and their place in the world.
Adults who are unpicking years of masking or self-blame.
Families wanting a kinder shared language.
What to expect
Ivan and Amy work gently and collaboratively. You can talk, pause, draw things out, go slowly, or say “I don’t know”. All of that is welcome.
The aim is not to make you more acceptable to other people. It is to help you feel more understood, supported and able to live in ways that fit.
