Service Limitations & Crisis Support
We are committed to providing safe and appropriate support. However, there are some situations where specialist services may be better placed to meet your needs.
We are unable to provide support for:
Individuals experiencing a current mental health crisis.
Active eating disorders requiring specialist treatment.
Domestic abuse (current).
Alcohol or drug addiction.
EMDR or specialist trauma treatment.
We are also unable to work with:
Individuals currently involved in court proceedings or criminal prosecutions.
Individuals on the Sex Offenders Register.
If your needs fall into any of the above areas, we encourage you to access one of the specialist services below.
Crisis Support
If you feel you may attempt suicide, have seriously harmed yourself, or are unable to keep yourself safe, call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A & E) department. If possible, ask someone you trust to stay with you and help you access emergency support.
